TLDR: author good at feeling make me feel scared, happy, yes. Stando Remanat, power to "Fuck with best boy Sissel" and "To piss off everyone". LIke my guy, its been a year since the last update. The fact that it isn't finished yet I played it for almost a full day makes me exceptionally happy. One of the very few Erotic games where I genuinely wanted to keep playing for the story.
It's only partially erotic, way more story heavy. I was duped, but I'm glad I was. I'm not even into muscular guys and this game made them attractive due to its great dialogue and personality. I will say this again, I. Easily the best VN ever by my opinion, it almost felt like cheating when I started Philips and Owens storys tho It was the best decision I've made so far.
Sissel is such a wonderful character and he's so well thought out. And when we started digging more into his family life? Complete twist. Phillip is just a hilarious character to me, mainly because sarcasm is my weakness, but the more I read about him, the more I wanted to know. That glimpse of him when we got that pendant I think it was a pendant made my jaw drop. I Especially want to know more about the kids in the skating rink- And Owen.
Omg Owen. Owen and his backstory so far with his mom just hurts me emotionally. Everything's confusing with him so far, but then again it's been left in the middle of his situation, so that'd make sense. But above all, our character? The reader? The way they react to the remnant, how protective they are of Phillip, Owen, and Sisell is admirable. We don't start off knowing a lot about how the player is like, but the more we read into it, I think I'm able to say that I do understand and relate to the player so much.
I love how the character doesn't know everything like in a lot of VNs, and actually chips into these's character's lives bit by bit. It isn't overwhelming with info dump, backstories, things like that. It's pacing is awesome.
Truly, credits to the creator for making this game. As much as I'd love for the game to be updated soon, I'm glad the creator is taking their time on themselves and focusing on other projects. The last thing we need is an amazing creator feeling bad while making this story.
May they return with a better version of themselves soon enough. Wasn't even planning on writing this, but I couldn't stop myself - Solo :. This includes that Samuel lewd scene y'all keep thirsting for and probably the only reason most of y'all want to replay this. You will be judged thoroughly. Rewrote the choice results for Phillip's Day 1 and Owen's Day 1 options for better character development. Tweaked Phillip's rooftop scene in Day 1: to better fit his future character arc. Retconned his fear of heights. Rewrote Phillip's classroom scene in Day 2: to better fit his rebellious character progression and flows better into the Dorcas Dolores fiasco.
And foreshadowing stuff. Tweaked Sissel's and Owen's morning scene scene Day 2: Retconned Sissel and Owen hating each other and turned it into a more frustrated friendship. They were originally going to have a "scorned lovers" arc, but this has been cut out.
Owen's character reacts to problems by laughing it off and bottling up feels. Phillip's character reacts by getting angry at others and himself. Tweaked all of Owen's moping scenes in general to better match his characterization.
Fixed plothole where Sissel Day 11 forgets his uniform in the dorm when it clearly says he took his uniform with him. Fixed plothole where Phillip mentions his "parents" despite being raised by a single mother. This is the most easily missed scenes in the game, it makes me kinda sad. Subtly added Phillip's theme music here and there.
December 25th, 0. Feedback would be appreciated! November 3rd, 0. Samuel will still play a pivitol role in the story, but hopefully not in a way to interferes with Owen's own character development. Without these details, Owen's actions in his route felt a bit asinine and unrelateable otherwise.
While I'm sure many of you enjoy it, the sex makes no sense within the story, and I hope the plot stays as uninfluenced by the need for sex appeal as possible. To make up for it, I might end up making small comics or illustrations of lewd! Samuel outside of the game. Please let me know your thoughts on the new rewrite!
