Mods not downloading from workshop






















Install Steam. Store Page. Stellaris Store Page. Global Achievements. Ok, I have more or less tried everything. Re-installing Stellaris, Re-installing Steam. I'm not opted into any steam betas. I switched my download region, I cleared my download cache. No matter what the mods I want to download will not download from steam.

Showing 1 - 15 of 31 comments. In the launcher as well, when i hit 'reload installed mods' it updates everything to say.. I also went into my workshop folder on the steam drive, completly cleared that out.

Even after the mods download which happens when I close the launcher after running it on Steam app and they appear on mod list, even if I turn them on, after I launch the game it ignores the mods and runs in vanilla mode. After some time of research I found that new Mods are saved in a directory different from the game folder in question and this applies to any game.

Make sure Steam is in online mode when you play, the game isn't setup for using workshop mods offline.

Sometimes it works right away, sometimes you have to wait a bit or restart Steam for it to recreate the file. Thank you so much i ended up unsubscribing from all my mods twice and reinstalling twice none of it got my whole list this though worked ill have to right it down ive had this problem before.
