Microsoft store wont download and install apps

I installed one game and office and then the store just stopped working. Apps appear in the library and it says I own them, but when I try to install them I get "acquiring license" and something went wrong messages. Also error code 0xF And"try again". The store also installed apps in the queue that I didn't ask for.

I did not tell them to. Reinstalling Windows 10 fixed everything for me.
